"I have had a couple of challenges after I totaled my daily driver . I drove it till it wouldn't run any more . that created a few problems for me that I could not for see . Jennifer at Mark Caudle made my transition to a new vehicle super easy and super smooth . Me working with claims dept. which was trying for me , she helped me every step of the way .even though I was my own worst enemy at times she was able to put me and claims together hand in hand to where now my claim is finished and my check is in the bank . I cannot recommend any person better than Jennifer......total ROCK STAR . thank you very much from the bottom of my heart. she is an awesome asset to have on any customers side . I feel blessed I had her on my team...state farm and Mark Caudle with Jennifer's help for the BIG WIN !!!"

"Sadly after 20+ years of my family with State Farm and more specifically Mark Caudle - we will be ending our insurance with them. First I had sent Mark 2 separate emails weeks apart and also asked to speak to him - sadly I was never responded to. Very disappointing. Secondly, there was a change to my policy due to a new car being added and I was not told by any individual there that the day you sign the new agreement is when they won't charge you the new fee PLUS being in between period it would be added to your new bill and 3 months that bill will have an extra fee of $40+. That was never discussed to me by any individual. I then tried to communicate with Missy Hartley via email multiple times and after her poor communication of explaining I then proceeded to ask to speak to Mark. That again did not happened. Lastly I would not recommend Missy Hartley due to her poor communication, relaying valuable information, and after asking to speak to another individual other than her on the phone I was approached with rudeness and put on hold. Stay clear of Missy Hartley because she will only try and interrupt you multiple times AFTER ALREADY ASKING 3 TIMES TO SPEAK TO ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL."
